The anxiety and stress leaves you with more questions. "What type of career will make me happy? Who will be the right partner for me? What if things don’t work out?” You notice the “what if” questions seem to go through you mind over and over similar to a song on the repeat setting. You look at people’s facebook posts, and it looks like everyone else is living the life and yours doesn't even compare.   Sometimes it might be hard to leave the house, and so much easier to just stay at home. You want friends who will have your back, a career you love, and you just want to feel calm. 

I help young adults like you who are stuck in anxiety and fear about their future, who don't want to make the wrong decision, to find their confidence and direction without the anxiety, stress, OCD, panic, trauma or social anxiety they may often carry.  Common themes and issues that i work with that contribute to anxiety in my young adult clients are dating, family and relationship issues, career and education related stress as well as current or previous traumas. I also treat young adults who worry about their body image and may have body dysmorphia, body focused repetitive behaviors, such as skin picking or hair pulling, as well as tics or Tourette Syndrome.
